The Quantity Surveyor Role
As Birmingham's newest Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in helping clients at each stage of the planning process. Your work will entail coordinating procurement, managing expenditures, and ensuring that projects remain under budget. You'll work in a collaborative atmosphere with a group of dynamic industry experts that value your experience. You'll work on sustainability initiatives and support the expansion and improvement of the team. The successful Quantity Surveyor will benefit from a variety of exciting projects across the Education, Commercial, Residential, Heritage & Conservation, Healthcare, and Government sectors. The Quantity Surveyor Requirements
* Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
* BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying
* MRICS ideally or currently working towards APC
* Experience in conventional construction projects (Industrial, Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Education)
