Administrator We are looking to recruit a Commercial Administrator to join a close-knit team within a social housing contract on behalf of a building services provider. Basic admin experience required but this doesn’t have to relate to the building services industry. Desired Skillset: Experience in customer service Good team work ethic is also desired, we have a tight knit team who work closely together sharing resources for their own contracts. Any planning/scheduling experience Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 40hrs per week (covering between 8am – 5pm) Duties: • Diary management of engineers • Responding to email queries • Answering client/resident phone calls • Raising and booking repair jobs • Ordering parts/materials • Liaising with sub-contractors & raising orders • Monitoring contract compliancy via pre-planned maintenance visits • Key performance indicators (KPIs) • Providing quotations for chargeable works to clients • Working from work in progress reports • Attend client meetings when required • Invoicing when required • Working from the company in house system Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
