Remuneration: £27,000 - £29,000 per annum - plus £1000 working from home allowance
Contract Type: Permanent/ Full time - 40 hours per week
Location: Home-based/various UK meeting locations as required

We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our newly established Quality and Safety Team, dedicated to delivering outstanding care to our patients. The Senior Administrator will support the Quality & Safety Team by:
* Coordinating policy management processes, preparing reports and agendas, and ensuring efficient administrative operations.
* Minute-taking, managing follow-up actions, supporting project coordination, and handling sensitive data with confidentiality.
* Collaborating across the wider team to ensure seamless administrative support.
This is a home-based role (applicants must reside in the UK), though occasional travel may be required for face-to-face meetings at various locations within the UK.
As our Senior Administrator you will:
* Produce high-quality reports, letters, and presentations while ensuring data protection and confidentiality.
* Support policy production, monitoring, and review processes.
* Manage departmental email, prioritising and distributing correspondence efficiently.
* Coordinate electronic diaries, scheduling and adjusting appointments as needed.
* Handle urgent and confidential communications, ensuring timely distribution.
* Assist in project management, data collection, and low-level data analysis.
* Compile performance reports and prepare reports for senior management.
* Maintain effective electronic filing systems for secure and accessible information.
* Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and manage follow-up actions.
* Act as a key point of contact, managing complex stakeholder queries.
* Provide guidance on internal policies and CQC-related procedures.
* Undertake research, development activities, and other delegated duties.
* Prioritise workload, adapt to shifting priorities, and engage in professional development.
To succeed as our Senior Administrator you will:
Possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Be proactive, adaptable to shifting demands, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels are essential, along with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
* Educated to NVQ 3 level (or equivalent) in a relevant subject or significant relevant previous work experience
* Proven administrative/secretarial experience including initiating and maintaining office systems
* Demonstrable experience in dealing with sensitive and confidential information
* Intermediate knowledge of IT systems and software programmes such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
* Understanding of the Confidentiality and Data Protection Act
Desirable Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
* Experience in private healthcare industry
* Degree in relevant discipline
* Knowledge of NHS and CQC regulation.
