Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver initiatives to improve processes, systems, culture, and network capability.
2. Drive structured governance techniques to manage risks, dependencies, and speed of delivery effectively.
3. Recommend process improvements to ensure compliance, competitiveness, and high customer service.
4. Apply change management methodologies to manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout projects.
5. Engage stakeholders to drive buy-in and successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
1. Project Management experience with large-scale complex change initiatives.
2. Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving ability.
3. Effective communication and presentation skills.
4. Adaptable and strong time-management skills.
