We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Executive to supply Corporate Training Services and Modern Apprenticeships Services. This role is primarily office-based in Glasgow, involving internal and telephone-based activities, with some external client meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively generate new business through warm and cold calling, pitching modern apprenticeships and corporate training courses.
2. Research and source leads, targeting businesses and decision-makers in sectors suitable for staff training or apprenticeships.
3. Build and expand your customer base, transitioning into account management as relationships develop.
4. Arrange and attend meetings with clients to increase opportunities and sales.
Candidate Profile:
* Self-motivated with strong communication skills.
* Experience in sales, particularly in B2B environments.
* Comfortable with both phone-based and face-to-face interactions.
Salary and Benefits:
Starting salary circa £26,000, negotiable, with high earning potential (£5,000 - £20,000+ annually) based on performance. Full-time, permanent position.
