Our HR Strategy and Transformation team is looking for a new HR Projects lead to head up our EMEA HR projects team, with line management responsibility for two HR Project Managers. The EMEA HR Projects Team work with the wider HR team (based in EMEA and globally) to deliver/lead projects which have an impact both internally to the HR team and externally to the business. The main focus of the role is on the employees and employing entities in EMEA, however, the role also supports globally with projects as required. This role has responsibility for all project delivery within the team and has direct project management responsibility for the larger/more complex programmes of work. What You Will Get To Do: HR project oversight and scoping for EMEA HR team -This role acts as a first point of contact when looking at the initial stages of a potential project, scoping the details and requirements to support with prioritisation of the work -The role also tracks all project activity across the team to show status/completion. Oversees project management support to HR led projects, including; -Merger and acquisition activity across EMEA -Local Inclusion/Engagement initiatives -HR process mapping/continuous improvement projects -Harmonisation activity -Business Unit led project work relating to people Oversight of regulatory reporting, such as Gender Pay reporting, regulatory requests for information in different EMEA countries and ad hoc requests as needed. Acts as a point of contact for external client information requests (due diligence) and RFP questionnaires. Owner of Data privacy and GDPR for EMEA HR team. Supports EMEA HR Leadership Team with reviewing project priority against BAU capacity and agreeing priorities for the wider EMEA HR team.
