Roles and Responsibilities: First point of contact for high spending customersFulfilling Customers’ needsProgressing Orders to ensure On-Time Delivery Main Duties: Deal with all enquiries via the phone and email in a timely manner ensuring that the customer is provided with a professional, efficient service at all times.Proactively solve problems and make decisions with the best interest of the company in mindChecking and completing daily reports.Logging, investigating and progressing of customer complaints with a view to preventing re-occurrenceRaise any credit notes to be issuedAdvising customers of the benefits of placing their own orders and working with them to offer any applicable training requiredActively involved in presenting a positive view of the company, working closely with the Area Sales ManagerUse of a range of software including email, spread sheets and databasesSupporting and Implementing new ideas and processesProvide regular feedback to line managers Working Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - 8.30am - 5.00pmWednesday - 8.00am - 5.00pmFriday - 8.30am - 4.00pm
