Job Details: Job Title: People & Culture Business Partner Salary: Competitive Location: London/Hybrid Closing date: 18 April 2025 Join our team as a People & Culture Business Partner We are looking for a strategic and people-focused People & Culture Business Partner to join our team In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders and managers to drive People initiatives that align with business objectives, fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture. Each Business Partner will take full responsibility for People and talent delivery in their business area, will deliver and proactively measure their progress, and pride themselves in upskilling to facilitate change and business growth in their area. What the role involves: Strategic Partnership Collaborating with senior leaders/line managers, with support from CPO where necessary, to align People strategies with business area goals. Talent Management & Workforce Development Supporting leaders/line managers in the development of employees, including coaching and mentoring. Culture & Employee Experience Driving diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Change Management & Organizational Development Supporting business transformation and change initiatives from a people perspective. People Compliance & Risk Management Supporting line managers in effectively and proactively managing employee relations issues and (ER) cases, under guidance from the CPO, as well as supporting with workplace practices, and employment law. Line Management Managing and developing all direct reports in your team, providing development support and guidance. Recruitment & Workforce Planning Partnering with hiring managers to attract, recruit and retain top talent Other Responsibilities Performing other duties as directed by the CPO or Chief Executive. Maintaining a high standard of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity in all People activities. The ideal candidate will have: Essential A minimum of CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience). Proven experience (5 years) in a senior HR advisory or HR business partner role Strong knowledge of HR best practices & UK employment law, including talent and performance management, comp & bens, organisational development & change management Strong experience managing employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance processes. Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Experience coaching and advising managers on HR matters. Desirable A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field Experience in payroll administration or HRIS management.
