Breakfast Chef at The Ullswater Inn
The Ullswater Inn is now looking to recruit a Breakfast Chef. The Inn Collection Group is a multi-award-winning pubs with rooms company in outstanding locations across the North of England and Wales. Responsibilities
1. Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
2. Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
3. Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
4. Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards.
5. Assist with the cleaning and organisation of the kitchen and equipment.
6. Restock items as needed throughout the shift.
7. Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards.
8. Deliver exceptional food service, taking full responsibility for your section before, during, and after service.
9. Ensure the safety, security, and appropriate storage, labelling, and dating of all food stock following appropriate legislation and company policy.
10. Be a team player with good communication, time-keeping, and organisational skills.
Requirements
1. Experienced in a similar role and fresh food environment, with a genuine commitment and passion for food, training, and quality service.
2. A natural early riser, punctual, and consistent.
3. Aware that presentation and attention to detail is key.
