In line with the Local Authorities participation statutory responsibilities, you will work towards reducing the volume of young people who are Not in Employment, Education and Training (NEET) and those who are Not Known. You will proactively engage young people to track their participation in Employment, Education and Training, using a range of media sources and through locality based outreach. You will work as an integral part of the Young People, Participation Team, supporting day to day staff activities and events. You will utilise the Local Authority’s Client Caseload Information System (CCIS) data system to maintain effective records and ensure accurate, comprehensive and timely reporting to DfE and HCC. You will support the delivery of other Local Authority statutory responsibilities such as the annual September Guarantee process and the annual destination survey.
