This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to play a pivotal role in managing the finances of a substantial residential and commercial rental portfolio, ensuring high standards of service to landlords and tenants.Key Responsibilities: Oversee the finances for residential and commercial property portfolios, including rent collection and allocation. Reconciliation of service charge accounts. Manage VAT returns for commercial property landlords. Coordinate maintenance payments between landlords and contractors. Handle apportionment and recharge of utilities and insurance for commercial properties. Prepare financial statements and maintain accurate records using estate agency and accountancy software. Deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants. Requirements: Previous experience in estate agency lettings is preferred. Strong financial acumen with excellent attention to detail. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive and solution-focused mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. What's on Offer: A full-time or part-time position (minimum 25 hours per week).
