Description As a Territory Manager (TM), you will be responsible for the overall growth of MT business, to sign new agents and bring new business transactions, visit and grow transactions of the existing agents and grow the AAP and revenue within the defined region or territory. Directly reporting to the Sales Manager regularly and on time to ensure they are thoroughly and correctly briefed on all aspects of your work. Expanding the network of Ria agents within the South Region- You will be responsible for presenting RIA to potential new agents, growing transactions from the existing agents and managing the entire sales process from identifying prospects, cold calling, face-to-face meetings, visiting existing agents and growing the transactions and revenue from existing agents. Monitor the daily sales activity for the South region including cold calling and signing minimum of 2 new application per month as a new business, monitoring daily transactions of new and existing agents, call the agents with suspended status, visit the agents to with marketing material. Accomplish Regional sales targets and KPIs (monthly and quarterly) on Recruitment, Transaction (new and existing) and Active Agent Process (AAP). Prepare sales forecast for the region, organise monthly Sales Blitz and Orange Days and participate in the marketing events/campaigns within the region. You will be expected to spend the majority of your time in the field developing your region and supporting your new and existing agents in their day-to-day activities. Support the Settlement department with smart safe and card terminal installations. Support the Credit department with agent suspension visits and collection visits. Attend sales meeting regularly and provide feedback to prepare strategies to develop the region. Supporting different departments when needed to help achieve companies’ objectives and enforcing Compliance and Due diligence are met within the region’s sales activity.
