Ensure fair, consistent and transparent employee relations processes are applied, ensuring employment law compliance, and making it a great place to work Lead and partner projects to develop and implement relevant policies and procedures, educating employees and managers on interpretation and application Using your expertise to support and advise your team and stakeholders on complex ER cases Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture Drive and implement our performance reviews Implement success management by identifying the learning interventions and assist the L&D team to build and deliver training courses Support the management team to identify the right structure for their teams, shaping their People Plan Own salary benchmarking to better understand our bandings and annual pay review with the teams you partner with Overall accountability for onboarding new managers in Tech functions to ensure they are set up for success Support managing budgets, organising events Assist with our reward and benefits projects across the business Utilise people data and analytics to drive informed decision-making Partner with relevant business areas supporting the full employee life-cycle Provide support for business inductions Who are we looking for? Strong experience in a similar Senior People Partner or HR Manager role, preferably in a high growth, fast paced business environment, capable of delivery of KPIs Proven HR experience working with technology-focused stakeholder groups or within a technology-driven company Demonstrated experience or passion in developing, implementing, and managing ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) strategies and initiatives Experience in managing complex ER for large teams and be comfortable owning end to end management including investigation, disciplinary, grievances and performance matters Strong interpersonal and communication abilities (written and oral); skilled in communicating with diverse settings, both 1:1 and in large groups Proactive, open, flexible, tactful and patient An eye for spotting opportunities to improve processes and implement positive change A CIPD qualification is great, but not essential for this role What happens next?
