A leading energy services provider is seeking a Training Coordinator to support them on their digital transformation journey. In this role, you will design and implement training programs that support strategic business objectives, driving the successful adoption of new solutions across various businesses. You will work closely with project teams and key stakeholders to ensure a seamless and effective integration process.
This is an initial 3-month contract, outside IR35, and is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, schedule, and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and events, providing and maintaining necessary resources
* Manage training calendars, ensuring effective communication of schedules with participants and trainers
* Prioritising stakeholder engagement based on their system requirements and job responsibilities
* Monitor and record attendance, and participation, distribute post-training surveys, and collate feedback from training sessions
Requirements:
* Strong ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership, key stakeholders, and employees group-wide.
* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
* Proven track record in designing and delivering engaging and impactful training programs.
* Skilled in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs to ensure continuous improvement and development
