Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Receptionist & Showroom Coordinator with an energetic and positive attitude. You’ll be a brand ambassador and first point of contact for all visitors to the office so it’s crucial you’re passionate about the Jaded brand, Gen-Z culture and working within the fashion industry.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Ensure the main reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times
2. Welcome visitors and give a fantastic first impression of the Jaded brand
3. Arrange welcome drinks and snacks when required for external visitors
4. Manage and co-ordinate meeting room bookings
5. Ensure meeting rooms are tidy and presentable and set up as needed
6. Arrange courier collections and deliveries for the team
7. Manage the courier drop-off and collection points on all floors and distribute post and parcels to the team
8. Organise the Showroom/Studio making sure the latest Jaded collections are displayed and presented as advised by the Directors
9. Check the showroom regularly throughout the day and tidy when necessary
10. Ensure rails in the Showroom/Studio are tidy and clothes are steamed when needed
11. Help out tidying the styling cupboards with the creative team
12. Respond to various daily ad-hoc requests from the Directors and Office Manager
13. Order stationery, courier and disposable kitchen supplies
14. Manage/organise stationery cupboards
15. Organise a food van to deliver complementary lunch to the team once a month
16. Assist in organising social events and seasonal treats for the team
17. Maintain good relationships with the cleaning company and facilities providers – address and report issues if standards are not being met
18. Liaise with external IT consultants to help resolve IT issues for the team
19. Daily walk arounds to check for any maintenance/health and safety issues
20. Assist in packing, labelling and sending back samples to the warehouse
21. Assist with HR tasks related to the onboarding/offboarding of staff
22. Assist in inducting new joiners
23. Assist with fire safety procedures and keeping first aid supplies fully stocked
24. Assist in researching travel options for the team and general administrative tasks
25. Play a key role in ensuring office operations run smoothly every day
26. Assist in receiving food deliveries and replenishing kitchen snacks if the Facilities Assistant is off
27. This list is not exhaustive, you will be expected to carry out other tasks when they arise in order to effectively carry out your role

4. Ability to form and maintain good relationships with all departments
5. Great organisational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
6. Strong team player with great initiative
7. Brilliant time management with the ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast moving and reactive environment
8. Ability to communicate confidently, effectively and appropriately with colleagues, suppliers, guests, wider team and senior management
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office
10. Fluent written and verbal English
