Job Description
TOPdesk UK are looking for a Consultancy Manager to lead and optimize our consultancy services within our London & Manchester branches. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficiency. This position offers a direct impact on our domain efforts and consultancy performance, making it essential for driving our future growth.
Key Responsibilities would include:
* Lead and manage the UK consultancy team, currently consisting of 3 consultants.
* Drive efficiency, collaboration, and client satisfaction within the consultancy services.
* Keep track of billability, quarterly and yearly targets, budget and capacity planning.
* Work closely with the Global Customer Domain to elevate consultancy services to the next level.
* You are responsible, together with your fellow local management team members, to balance all company goals for the local team in order to make the UK branch as a whole successful.
* Coach, develop, and appraise consultants to ensure continuous growth.
* Contribute to strategic decision-making and future business planning.
* In addition to leadership responsibilities, you will deliver some amount of consultancy hours to customers alongside their management duties, given the current consultancy team size.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Proven leadership experience
* Experience in consultancy
* Excellent team leadership skills, with experience in coaching and developing consultants.
* The ability to implement strategies and drive consultancy improvements.
* Experience in budgeting and financial awareness – essential for this role.
* Strong project management skills
* Experience with customer escalations and meeting delivery deadlines
* An engaging personality, capable of building and maintaining a strong team.
* ITIL certification (preferred).
