We have a fantastic opportunity to join our growing Corporate & Consumer team as a Corporate Account Director.

As an Account Director you are the key contact point for clients and would play a direct role in the growth and success of the agency. We are looking for someone who is passionate and enthusiastic, able to inspire teams and instil confidence in clients. A real understanding of and interest in the built environment and property sector is crucial.
About this role
* You will be the key contact point for clients to whom they turn to for strategic guidance, advising them directly and leading meetings
* You will be responsible for bringing the wider LCA business in at key points to provide strategic insight
* Devising and executing complex communications strategies you can handle difficult projects, always keeping a cool head and demonstrating sound judgment in pressured situations
* Leading projects of different scales – from small, fixed term project briefs to major retainers
* Being accountable for all deliverables from the entire team – including support functions working on the account
* Reviewing and editing written materials, over-seeing the drafting of others. This means working closely with Account Managers to produce error-free written materials
* Motivating and mentoring junior team members
* Contributing to new business proposals, and attending pitches whenever needed
* Fostering and developing strong relationships with clients, journalists and associates to proactively identify new business opportunities through your network
About yourself
* 4+ years’ experience in corporate PR with strong experience in media relations
* Solid experience in the property sector with political nous, a growing network and excellent business and property press contacts in the industry
* Ability to manage and support more junior staff
* Strong client management skills, being a key contact point advising them directly
* Responsible for bringing in more senior members of the team when appropriate and necessary for strategic guidance
* Confident in a media crisis, trusted to manage highly sensitive information
* Able to problem solve and bring clients along on the journey
* A keen eye for content strategy and execution, driven by a comprehensive understanding of the markets in which your client’s operate
* A desire to contribute to business growth whilst proactively identifying new business leads
* A hands-on approach to work and happy to go above and beyond
* The ability to juggle multiple priorities and good time management
* Representing LCA externally and using your own profile to support the LCA business
* Bringing something unique to LCA and providing value beyond just effectively running client accounts and securing new business
* A fantastic communicator!
