The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical assembly and a passion for working with RF equipment. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes. Shifts: Monday - Friday (no weekends) Hours: 08:00 -16:00 Key Accountabilities Perform mechanical assembly of RF equipment components with precision and attention to detail. Collaborate with the engineering team to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Conduct quality inspections to ensure all assembled products meet industry standards and company requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues to maintain production flow. Maintain and update production documentation and records. Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment. Our ideal candidate Our ideal candidate possesses the following qualities: Proven experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in the electronics/electrical equipment manufacturing industry. Good understanding of RF equipment and its components. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Relevant technical certification or diploma is preferred.
