Creative Project Manager - Retail Build / Visual Merchandising / Window Display - Permanent - £50K
We're working with a busy creative production agency who work in the world of events and fashion retail display based in South East London. They have a new role for a Creative Project Manager to manage key accounts across a range of projects.
As a Creative Project Manager, you will play a major role in managing jobs and projects at every level across the studio, liaising directly with clients, the studio, and production teams to ensure briefs are delivered on time and on point.
Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential to ensure effective project management of high-quality work while under the pressures of time and budgets.
Main Duties:
1. Act as the lead for project team members in their communications with the client, being the primary link between the agency and clients.
2. Receive briefs from clients and interpret them into orders to be quoted on the internal project management system.
3. Plan and schedule project timelines, generating and managing all critical paths, both internal and external.
4. Regularly update clients and suppliers on job status and fulfill all clients’ needs and expectations.
5. Explore, develop, sample, and cost with various external partners, materials, and print suppliers.
6. Monitor large and small deliveries, working on in-house production scheduling with Production and Operations management.
7. Coordinate spreadsheets for rollouts, managing data breakdowns for each team and analyzing data for quoting.
8. Liaise with the studio, manufacturing, dispatch, and installation partners to ensure projects are on track and provide feedback to clients on their status.
9. Prepare installation briefs for bespoke jobs.
10. Ensure all accounts are kept up to date and invoiced accurately on time.
Essential Skills:
1. Excellent time management.
2. Excellent organisational skills.
3. Excellent attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
This role would suit a project manager or senior PM with at least 5 years' experience from a 3D visual merchandising, retail build, or fashion brand background, or someone working for a brand who'd like to transition to the agency world. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus, along with the ability to manage multiple projects of varying nature simultaneously.
