This is a great opportunity to join a team of specialists working on a variety of cases, including civil actions against the police and prison service, as well as inquests. You will represent clients in civil claims against public authorities and represent families at inquests.
The successful candidate will be a solicitor with ideally 2+ PQE; however, this is a guideline, and candidates outside this bracket who possess the necessary knowledge and skills in civil liberties are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be technically strong and enjoy tackling complex cases.
