Salary: £24,496 per annum, based on 37 hours per week.
Contract term: Permanent.
Primary Location: Hastings, East Sussex.
We have office bases at Eastbourne, Uckfield, Hastings, and Lewes together with the option of hybrid working and remote working.

This is an exciting new opportunity within the Carers Health Programme, working with the NHS in a hospital setting, to:
1. Provide information, advice, support, and guidance to carers identified via the Conquest Hospital in Hastings.
2. Refer carers to services provided by voluntary and statutory sector partners.
3. Empower carers to develop their skills and confidence in their caring role, build their resilience, and prioritize their own health and wellbeing.
4. Empower Secondary Care staff to identify, refer, and support unpaid carers.
