The Role: As a Hire & Sales Facilitator, you’ll be at the heart of their operations, ensuring that the hire and service functions run smoothly. From maintaining cutting-edge equipment to providing technical assistance to customers, you’ll play a key role in delivering the first-class service our client is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inspect returned hire equipment for damage and prepare it for service or calibration.
2. Process hire and sales orders, ensuring smooth dispatch.
3. Maintain and update a database system with hire and service records.
4. Provide technical support to end users via phone, building trust and confidence.
5. Collaborate with the Sales and Admin teams to streamline operations.
6. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.
7. Occasionally travel to customer sites to fulfill role responsibilities.
What We’re Looking For: Our client values passion and potential. While prior workshop experience is a plus, it’s not essential. What matters most is your willingness to learn and your ability to deliver excellence.
Knowledge & Skills:
1. A valid driver’s license (Category B minimum).
2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.
3. Competence in MS Office and database systems.
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
5. Manufacturer training provided after probationary period.

Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (1-hour lunch).
Friday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (30-minute lunch).
The role may occasionally require flexibility to travel to customer sites.
