Job Title: Senior Business Analyst – Pensions and Transformation Contract Type: Permanent Location: Edinburgh Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based Closing date: 18th of March We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Senior Business Analyst to join our group Transformation and Change team working on a key strategic programme in Workplace Pensions. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will take ownership for delivering the full range of BA artefacts across the end-to-end change lifecycle. This opportunity will allow you to play a critical role in driving business growth and success. With your in-depth understanding of the workplace pensions industry and strong analytical skills, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations that will guide strategic decision-making. About the role • Analysis of complex change initiatives • Elicit, challenge and document requirements from stakeholders to identify and address business challenges on both waterfall and agile projects. • Facilitate workshops with a wide range of stakeholders to understand current and future state, documenting process maps to reflect these. • Ability to work within a team, working on one or more projects at any given time. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proposed solutions meet the requirements. • Support User Acceptance Testing. About you • Experience in working in workplace pensions • Experienced Senior Business Analyst with previous experience in a BA role. • Experience in large scale transformation programmes • Advanced in analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience using a variety of business analysis techniques, tools and standards. • Proficient interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to establish and maintain relationships. • Ability to manage own workload and support colleagues.
