Property Officer / Senior Property Officer
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager in handling property/facility management related duties, general clerical works, customer service duties, administrative works, and other ad hoc duties assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
1. Certificate / Diploma / Higher Diploma or above
2. 3 / 5 years experience in Property Management
3. Holder of PMP (Tier 2) Licence is an advantage
4. Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
5. Good PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese word processing
