Typical day as a Senior Operational Growth Manager
* Championing relationships with commissioners and stakeholders, ensuring trust and collaboration across the region.
* Crafting winning proposals and tenders that secure new opportunities and retain vital services.
* Overseeing the regional growth pipeline, aligning supported and rented services within a streamlined framework.
* Collaborating with operational teams to ensure new services are mobilised efficiently and safely, avoiding disruption.
* Developing robust financial models that provide clear insights for future service extensions and investment.
* Leading on supported asset work in partnership with asset managers, ensuring resources are optimised to strategic goals.
You have
* Strong experience in business development, stakeholder management, and financial modelling, preferably in housing or social care sectors.
* Proven ability to write successful proposals and manage diverse growth pipelines with attention to operational and financial details.
* A knack for strategic thinking, forward planning, and delivering streamlined, efficient growth strategies.
* Exceptional collaboration and leadership skills to unite cross-functional teams and drive results.
* Curiosity and creativity to challenge the status quo and identify innovative solutions.
* Confidence engaging with regional authorities and representing the organisation in high-profile forums.
Job details
* Full time, 37.5 hpw Monday to Friday. You’ll manage your own diary.
* Primarily you'll work across our East Coast & Yorkshire property portfolio and across our national portfolio, with expected national travel couple of days a month.
* Flexible hybrid working - from our office at Leeds or Newcastle Upon Tyne (flexible on which office you are based from).
* You will need a full, current driving licence and access to a vehicle for work, we’ll pay for your mileage.
