SUSHISAMBA Covent Garden's FOH Management team is currently looking for an experienced and dynamic Reception Supervisor to supervise the reception team and deliver uncompromising hospitality, providing our guests with the finest food and beverages, accompanied by courteous and efficient service to guests throughout their dining experience.

Your Requirements:
As a Reception Supervisor we would love you to have:
- At least 2 years of hospitality reception experience in a supervisor capacity at a high end, fast-paced hospitality environment
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, guest relations; written and verbal English language communication skills
- A professional and well-groomed appearance, as he/she may be the first impression of the restaurant
- A prompt, courteous, and reliable attitude
- A Flexible availability, working any 5 days a week between Monday – Sunday
- Effective decision making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain and set processes and standards
