Sales Retention Executive

Based at our Chelmsford centre, we are actively looking for enthusiastic individuals excited to join our ever-growing automotive family. If you’re as passionate about cars as we are, then we'd love to welcome you into a friendly team and be part of our exciting journey.
As a Loyalty Specialist at Group 1 Automotive, you will have the opportunity to work with a fantastic team in exciting brands.
What you will be doing?
1. Contacting customers by telephone inbound/outbound, and by email to review current finance agreements
2. Maintaining a high level of finance product knowledge
3. Focusing on achieving a high retention
4. Providing exceptional customer service that leads to customer loyalty and referrals
5. Maintaining good housekeeping standards, accurate customer records and orderly administration of your work
6. Support our One Customer journey by working alongside our Aftersales team, selling Service Plans and liaising for a great customer experience
What we are looking for?

* Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

* Full driving licence
