Your responsibilities include:
* Providing a positive role model to uphold Grandir UK values
* Ensuring equal access and opportunity for all staff, parents, and children
* Supervising and supporting children at all times
* Maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment
* Preparing and supervising activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners
* Reading, understanding, and implementing all company policies, procedures, and practices
* Adhering to updates in policies and procedures within the required timescales
* Ensuring practice and provision meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage
* Reporting any concerns regarding policies and practices to your line manager
* Maintaining a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors, and colleagues
* Maintaining confidentiality where appropriate
* Attending staff meetings, planning sessions, and training as required
