Duties and responsibilities will include:
* Answering telephones and supporting customers with enquiries,
* Making outbound calls to customers to organise visits/installations
* Liaising with subcontractors
* Updating internal database with orders
* Organising and maintaining filing systems
* Photocopying
* Scanning documents
* Sending emails
* Undertaking customer eligibility checks for energy efficiency grant applications
* Compiling and sending documentation to customers
* Responding professionally and promptly to customer feedback
* Providing general administration support to team members/management team
Teaching and learning the skills, knowledge, and behaviours within Business Administration Level 3.
Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm (1/2-hour lunch break)
