The salary includes an amount for a market supplement of £1870.00 per year. This market supplement is reviewed annually.

We are recruiting for an Assistant Valuer to assist in providing our professional estate management service for all accommodation, land, and property issues on behalf of the Council.
The role is varied, from preparing estimates to keeping up to date with current and upcoming legislation. You will be managing and making best use of our assets, maintaining electronic records, and providing technical support to our Estates Team. You’ll need effective communication and organisational skills and be good at negotiation.
We need you to have experience of property matters, an understanding of the relevant legislation, and experience with Microsoft Office packages.
