Job Description:
Responsibilities:
* Develop business growth by sourcing, generating, and building new business for OTM.
* Understand the OTM suite of products to support customer needs effectively.
* Identify new sales leads and contact potential clients.
* Meet with new and existing clients in person.
* Negotiate business terms with clients.
* Collaborate with senior team members to manage risks and communicate results.
* Utilize excellent communication skills and product knowledge to pitch to clients.
* Represent OTM at industry events and network with property professionals.
Qualifications:
* Proven sales success, preferably in property portals or online portals; other sales backgrounds considered.
* Experience in maintaining and growing client relationships over medium and long-term with excellent service.
* Outstanding communication, presentation, and objection handling skills.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to meet metrics effectively.
* Degree level education or equivalent experience.
* Consultative selling style with account management skills to grow accounts.
* Ability to navigate organizational decision-making processes.
