Job Description
Many of our clients call their Care Professionals an angel. Could you be an angel to an older person?
No 15 minute calls. Our calls are an hour or longer to provide sufficient time to provide high quality care.
We are a truly relationship led care provider, matching our clients and Care Professionals based on key interests and personalities. We promote continuity of care and client matching and most importantly friendship.
As one of our Care Professionals, you will receive:
* An excellent hourly rate of between £13.25 - £14.25ph
* Enhanced evening rate after 18:00pm and weekends
* Free comprehensive pre-employment training

As the role is completely community based it is essential that you have access to transport to ensure you can get to visits in a timely manner.

Qualifications
You do not need any previous experience or qualifications in order to become a Care Professional, as we will provide industry leading training to get you up to speed. However, we do look for people with the following:
* Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-lasting, positive relationships with our clients.
* Basic cooking skills
* Bags of compassion, and a passion for supporting others
* Genuine interest in becoming a part of a caring, mission led organisation, who pride themselves on delivering an outstanding service.
