We have a fantastic opportunity for a receptionist to come and join our Spa team here at the Runnymede on Thames.
Up to £11.44 per hour.
What will I be doing?
* As the first point of contact you’ll give a warm, friendly and professional welcome to all spa members and guests
* Answering all requests and queries in a friendly yet professional manner
* You’ll be taking payments for both spa services and retail
* Supporting the daily Spa operation
* Handling beauty and indoor and outdoor activity bookings as and when required
What are we looking for?
* You’ll excel at creating a fantastic customer experience for guests and a member whether that is face to face, on the telephone or by email
* Enjoy working as part of a team
* Previous experience would be an advantage but not essential as we will train and develop you
* Good understanding of the characteristics and qualities that customers want from Spa / health and fitness centres
* A flexible approach is required as this role will involve you working a mixture of shifts including weekends on a rotational basis
What skills do I need?
* Exceptional customer service
* Organised with an eye for detail
* Strong communications skills
* Knowledge of electronic booking systems would be desirable but not essential
