Do you have previous duty management experience in an arts or visitor attraction? This position is offered as a 12-month, full time, fixed-term contract, working 35 hours over 5 shifts per week; this includes working matinees, evenings and every other weekend. Rotas are drafted four weeks in advance.
Working primarily in the evenings and at weekends around performances, leading the Front of House team and welcoming audiences to performances and events.
reporting and following up on maintenance and housekeeping issues.
Significant previous duty management experience in an arts or visitor attraction within a visitor experience team
Knowledge of Front of House systems, including safety, fire, security and/or terrorism/emergency procedures
