As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including: Business Development: Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Accountancy, Finance, and HR markets. Negotiating contracts, terms of business, and placement fees. Candidate Management: Proactively sourcing high-quality candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking). Conducting thorough candidate interviews to assess suitability for specific roles. Managing candidate pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Job Management: Writing and advertising job vacancies in a compelling and engaging manner. Matching suitable candidates to client vacancies. Managing the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding. Market Expertise: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends in Accountancy, Finance, and HR sectors. Offering tailored advice to clients and candidates based on market insights. Person Specification: Essential Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally within the Accountancy, Finance, or HR sectors. A track record of successfully building client relationships and delivering recruitment solutions. Strong business development skills, with the ability to generate new opportunities and meet revenue targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Confident and self-motivated, with a proactive and results-oriented approach. Desirable: Knowledge of the local job market in Canterbury, Kent, and surrounding areas.
