Do you have previous Export experience? Step into a dynamic role where you’ll be working for a well-established organisation based within the manufacturing and distribution industry based in Tamworth, as the Export Co-ordinator.
You will co-ordinate the effective movement of goods globally and fulfil the needs of internal and external customer orders, whilst adhering to customs and shipping requirements.

As the Export Co-ordinator your duties will include:
Co-ordinating customer orders worldwide, including quoting, booking freight, and preparing shipping documents
Preparing international shipping documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, CoO, CoC, EUR1 and ensuring the HS Codes are correct
Processing customer orders and credits using Sage and other internal company programmes
Maintaining and logging all shipments, and obtaining and filing all shipping documentation
Manage all calls and queries from internal staff, customers, and Middle East office
Assisting with stock management between UK and Middle East warehouses
Monitoring and reporting on all export stock, using Microsoft Excel
As the Export Co-ordinator, you will have:
Previous experience working within Export, this is essential
Excellent customer service and administration skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in using the Microsoft suite of applications, particularly Excel
Previous experience with Sage, SAP, or similar CRM database, however, this is not essential
You may have experience working in any of the following: Logistics Coordinator, Shipping Coordinator,
International Shipping Coordinator, Supply Chain Coordinator, Logistics Specialist, Freight Forwarding Operations, Customer Service Administrator, Import Assistant or any other similar position
As the Export Co-ordinator, you will receive a salary of circa £27,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience plus a fantastic range of benefits
