What does the role involve?
1. Customer Experience and Demonstration: Confidently share ghd’s history & expert product knowledge with customers creating opportunities for theatre and ‘play’ in-store to deliver unforgettable customer service and experiences. You will be responsible for ensuring that your customers purchase the best tool for them with unrivalled customer service.
2. Sales: Actively engage with customers by conducting and encouraging effective sales floor product demonstrations to create a luxury shopping experience, and actively seeking commercial opportunity to drive sales.
3. Counter Management: Ensure the visual and luxury presentation of the retail concession is always maintained to the highest standard and in line with brand guidelines.
4. Stakeholder Management: Internally supporting your Regional Manager and wider team to deliver brand growth. Externally engaging with retailer opportunities to support with local activations and events, ensuring that ghd is the customer brand of choice.
