Involve recruitment are in search of a Creative Traffic Manager to join our clients dynamic in-house creative team. Your key role will be to ensure projects run efficiently, by streamlining workflows, managing studio resources, and matching them to projects on the radar as well as managing expectations from marketing and platform teams and their requirements.
You’ll need to be highly organized, detail oriented, a great communicator and have a expert understanding of the creative production process – knowing what it means to use the right skillset to get the best output. Knowledge of the FMCG arena and Design studios function would also be a distinct advantage.
You’ll be working closely with our team leads, marketing managers and senior directors across various time zones ensuring that talent is used appropriately. You'll be a problem-solver, know how prioritise when needed and find the right solutions to meet our business needs.
You’ll take a strategic approach to resource management, plan for peak periods and understand the importance of balancing utilisation.
What you will be doing:
* Workflow Management: Create and maintain production schedules and workflows to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Resource Management: Allocation of projects and responsibilities to team members based on their skillset and availability.
* Task Tracking: Monitor the progress of projects, track milestones, and ensure that tasks are completed on time.
* Communication: Facilitate communication among team members, departments, and external partners to ensure everyone is informed and aligned.
* Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and issues and develop strategies to mitigate them.
* Process Champion: Champion our existing processes and help to evolve our best practice ways of working with resource management to achieve the best standards in creative delivery.
Experience Required:
* Have experience in a similar role.
* Have a strong understanding of creative production workflows and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal clients and colleagues.
* Have exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
* Be solution focused – an amazing problem solver.
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
* If you know Wrike workflow system (or similar) that would be a bonus.
