Our Inbound Sales Agents manage inbound calls selling Travel Insurance directly and on behalf of our Client’s and Business Partners. Working as part of the Inbound Sales Team 37.5 hours per week on a rolling rota shift pattern, to include some evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
We provide a range of travel insurance policies which includes the option to cover pre-existing medical conditions, upselling relevant optional upgrades, whilst adhering to our regulatory framework guidelines and Client Service Agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
1. To effectively handle inbound sales calls from customers wishing to purchase travel insurance.
2. To achieve personal sales and performance targets, contributing to the Company’s overall objectives.
3. To identify customers’ needs and upsell policies to maximise sales opportunities.
4. To manage sensitive data in line with our Data Protection Policy and maintain customer records to ensure our data integrity.
5. To manage outbound calls for new and existing customers as and when required by the business.
6. Act with integrity, due care, skill and diligence.
7. Be open and honest with our regulatory body.
8. Pay due regard to the interest of customers and treat them fairly.

Personal Requirements:
1. Must enjoy working with and being challenged by sales targets.
2. Previous experience in a sales role with proven levels of success is preferable.
3. Experience in a regulated industry would be a plus.
4. Good IT literacy skills.
5. Good listening skills.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal is essential.
7. Professional telephone manner is essential.
8. Previous experience in a Contact Centre environment would be desirable.
9. Ability to work under pressure.
10. Flexibility to meet the needs of the business.
