Crime & Intelligence Support Clerk - M&S Crime & Intelligence Team
40 hrs per week - £26,000pa.
Reporting to the Crime & Intelligence manager.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the M&S Crime & Intelligence Team as a support clerk working alongside the Crime & Intelligence Analysts to tackle prolific and organised crime within M&S stores.
Main Duties
* Effectively support and assist the Crime intelligence team in reviewing event reports from colleagues to identify actionable intelligence, identifying the correct stakeholders for onward allocation/dissemination.
* Support the Crime & Intelligence analysts with maintaining various trackers of events, cases and outcomes.
* Become an expert user of the Auror crime and intelligence platform.
* Engage with M&S users of the Auror Crime & Intelligence platform to highlight issues around quality of reporting providing advice and support to improve overall reporting quality.
* Engage with various Police Forces and partners to assist the Crime and Intelligence team with obtaining outcomes for cases that have been submitted to the police.
* Review customer feedback in relation to security issues they have experienced in stores.
* Undertake other appropriate duties as directed by the line manager in order to support the wider connected security team.
* Assist with communications via various platforms to highlight and tackle identified crime trends.
* Review CCTV and Body Worn Camera footage where required.
