Administrative Assistant Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm £25,000 - £28,000 per annum I am seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant with strong attention to detail skills to join a successful and growing manufacturing company to provide administrative support to the International VP, Director team, and Executive Support Manager. This position would suit someone with a strong administration background, with good excel skills and a can-do attitude. Key Responsibilities: Assist the International VP with ad-hoc administrative duties, including the use of spreadsheets and internal systems Provide general administrative support to the International Director team (Sales, Operations, Technical, and Finance), including the preparation of letters, reports, expenses, and general tasks. Support the International Executive Support Manager with administrative duties, such as document preparation, letter drafting, report generation, and coordination of events and exhibitions as and when required Perform HR tasks, including monitoring, processing, and record-keeping of holiday and sickness records, as well as collating new starter packs and relevant employee paperwork using the companies HR software Assist with Learning & Development activities, including updating product training guides, distributing surveys, and collating results ensuring these are all filed correctly Support IT provision by controlling inventory, updating the database of IT equipment, and managing replacements Assist with additional adhoc projects as and when required for the International Executive Support Manager.
