They are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their growing team on a temporary basis. This role is the first point of contact for clients and is crucial in supporting their day-to-day operations.
General duties include:
* Administrative Support: Provide reception & administrative assistance, handling phone calls, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence. Support the MD and leadership team with diary management and travel booking.
* Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operational activities. Enter data into relevant databases and systems.
* Communication Liaison: Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
