Location: Slough, UK (Hybrid - 2 days on-site, 3 days remote)
Salary: £33.33 - £35.90 per hour (PAYE) | £45.38 - £48.88 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract Type: Temporary (Full-time, 37.5 hours per week)
Contract End Date: 13 December 2025
About the Role
We are seeking a Talent Projects Specialist to lead and support key initiatives related to workforce retention and relocation. This role involves data analysis, competitive pay assessments, change management, and leadership engagement as the organization transitions to a new office location in Windlesham, Surrey.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Windlesham retention impact analysis, leveraging previous consultancy methodology.
Analyze employee relocation data and commuting changes to assess retention risks.
Reevaluate and revise retention mechanisms, including eligibility groups and cost estimates.
Conduct competitive pay analysis for lab-based roles to ensure market competitiveness.
Support change management initiatives, including Change Champions and leadership engagement.
Develop and deliver manager education programs on retention strategies.
Assist with Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) implementations and employee relations.
Support local Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong data and analytics capabilities, with experience developing strategic recommendations.
Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
Previous experience in workforce relocation and change management.
Confident in presenting findings and liaising with leadership teams.

Additional Information
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Hybrid - 2 days on-site in Slough (relocating to Windlesham in 2026/2027), 3 days remote.
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Equipment: Company laptop provided.
