Your main goal will be to drive pipeline and help build n8n’s SDR playbook to fuel growth. You will be the front line of our sales efforts, connecting with potential customers and qualifying opportunities that turn into revenue for the business.
To do so, here are your key responsibilities:
1. Engage with prospects:
Conduct scheduled prospect meetings, effectively positioning n8n's value.
Reach out to warm leads via email and social media to build rapport.
Qualify leads over the phone and uncover potential for further discussions.
2. Build pipeline with outbound efforts:
Create outbound campaigns that target strategic accounts.
Research accounts and identify decision-makers and champions within organizations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor messaging that resonates with prospects.
3. Administration & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in CRM.
Track your outreach metrics to ensure progress toward quarterly targets.
Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on prospect engagement.
4. Collaboration with the sales team:
Work closely with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and the broader sales team to transition qualified leads.
Develop strategies with Marketing to increase conversion rates from MQLs to SQLs.
Learn from cross-functional teams to build product knowledge and sales expertise.

Must-have:
1. Based in London: You're based or willing to be based around London and have the capacity to go to the office 3 days a week. You have prior right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
2. Experience in a B2B SaaS environment: You have experience working in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS startups.
3. Strong communication skills: You can articulate complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience.
4. Proven track record as a top-performing SDR: You consistently exceed your KPIs and know how to build pipeline.
5. Technical curiosity: You love learning about automation and can engage in product-related discussions.
6. Drive to exceed targets: You are goal-oriented, resilient, and love the challenge of overachieving.
Nice-to-have:
1. Familiarity with workflow automation tools: You understand the power of automation and its use cases.
2. Excellent phone communication skills: You’re known for your ability to connect and engage with prospects on calls.
3. Experience with community-driven platforms: You’ve worked in environments where user communities drive adoption.
4. Early-stage startup experience: You’ve been a part of teams that built sales functions from the ground up.
5. Interest in AI and integrations: You’re curious about how AI can enhance workflows and processes.
