Desktop remote and on-site 2nd Line Support Engineer required for external user IT incident investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution, including remote and field support. You will support external users on Windows, including cloud services / Office365, infrastructure, and connectivity. Key skills include:
* Extreme professionalism and personal presentation
* Windows desktop & application support
* Tablet / mobile device support
* Networking; ping, trace route, etc.
* Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Office 365
Desired skills:
* Strong Active Directory and Exchange administrative skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy
* Understanding of Microsoft Azure AD Sync and Azure AD Connect
