This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Invoice Administrator to work amongst the Invoicing Team, in a fast-growing company, supporting the business in raising invoices and carrying out related tasks in accordance with the team's requirements.
As an Invoicing Assistant you will be responsible for...
* Support the accounts function in the processing of invoices
* Work closely with operational and finance teams
* Updating of client information through telephone & email communication
* Answering the telephone, dealing with queries as appropriate
* Assisting the credit control team to efficiently resolve outstanding queries
* Assisting with reports for management, as and when required
* Liaising with the accounting team at head office
* To undertake any administrative tasks/projects as required to aid the function of the team
As an Invoicing Assistant you will need...
1. Knowledge of accounting functions
2. Experience with financial systems - SAP would be an advantage
3. Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
