Due to demand at our Dartford site, we are looking to recruit a Workshop Driver. This role is an essential part of ensuring a smooth and efficient operation and is responsible for:
* Moving all vehicles around our yard and into the workshop - this is the primary function and can get very busy at times.
* Signing vehicles in and out of the business.
* Ensuring safe parking and storage onsite.
* Liaising with Service Reception and Workshop Controllers for keys and vehicles.
* Returning vehicles back to the customers.
Please note, this can be a very physically demanding job.
To be successful in this role you will need:
* A valid HGV Class 2, PSV and/or Class 1 would be desirable.
* Previous experience of working as an HGV Driver.
* No more than 6 current points on license and no DR10s.
* Understanding of driver regulations and laws.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Customer orientated.
* Ability to use your own initiative.
