Salary: £45,628+ Dependent on skills and experience
What you'll be doing:

* Supporting Real Time planning of work and influencing the business to ensure the active window of the production system to ensure full utilisation, optimal efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
* HNC within a STEM subject or relevant experience.
* Audit Experience (Process or Arrangement Audit Background).
* Dynamic Management of Stakeholder groups, Experience of working with multiple large stakeholders within a similar industry.
* Process or procedure authoring background (Process Development).
* Experience of Quality and Health and Safety.

The Test and Commissioning Governance team:
In this role, you'll work in close, direct support of submarines already in the water, with the facility situated within view of the vessels themselves. You'll be responsible for overseeing 50-100 critical arrangements that ensure the submarine's safety and watertight integrity. This includes collaborating with the Navy on key configurations and managing essential safety protocols, such as Control of Work, risk assessments, and adherence to Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) standards to ensure a safe and compliant operation. Here you will support all of our programmes, Astute, Dreadnought, and SSNA across various different stages of the build which will give you the perfect opportunity to expand your knowledge about BAE Systems and our Submarines. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
