Description
1. Attend and assist the companies’ customers with their computer support needs, in a timely and professional manner.
2. Build a strong relationship between the company, its customers, and staff, fostering overall goodwill.
3. Assist customers in choosing products by providing information on quality, characteristics, warranties, and maintenance.
4. Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of products available for sale, ensuring a wide selection for customers.
5. Ensure that new stock is of the correct model, design, and quantity upon arrival.
6. Manage stock inventory to ensure sufficient products are available and place orders with suppliers when necessary.
7. Troubleshoot and perform diagnostics to repair mobile phones and computers.
8. Handle store-level inquiries and complaints, monitoring customer service.
9. Check that all products are well-displayed.
10. Communicate promotional plans to customers to facilitate soft selling.
11. Suggest methods for improving the client base and expanding the business.
12. Maintain health and safety standards and procedures.
A successful applicant will:
