The Digital Marketing Executive Role :
You’ll have a broad range of responsibilities and the Digital Marketing Manager that you report up to will enlist your help with key strategic plans on how the Digital Marketing Team can continue to drive success. You will have the opportunity to execute, maintain, and improve a variety of channels such as:
1. PPC
2. SEO
3. In-House email marketing
4. Social Media
By planning and optimising on these channels you should develop your own abilities along with this companies online marketing presence. Close collaboration with Sales Teams and other Marketing departments will allow you to report on your efforts and provide insights on data to unify to drive revenue.
An overview of the Role Requirements would look like:
5. Paid media - create tailored paid marketing campaigns and journeys for specific brands and audiences.
6. Digital advertising - production of digital advertising for remarketing and other digital communications as required.
7. Social Media – to manage the strategy, growth, design, scheduling, and reporting of the industry requirements, and other required social media accounts. Ensuring follower growth, engagement and the measurement and reporting of activity to key stakeholders to ensure best practice and collaboration across all brands.
8. Website development and updates – work with IT to ensure continuous improvement and improved customer experience across company website, updating site behaviors and identifying touch points.
9. Content creation - for current customers to support retention strategy and acquisition
10. Reporting - Building and owning of marketing reports, dashboards, and media insights. Work closely with sales team to gather feedback including campaigns, sales stages, and lead quality
11. Market research – conduct through customer questionnaires and sales analysis
12. Partnership fulfillment – managing the digital activation plan with major partners and sponsors, regular internal and external communication regarding performance and effectiveness of agreements.
13. Stakeholder management - work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to help deliver the marketing plan and business goals.

15. Evidence of Budget Management and Delivering Successful Campaigns
16. Data & Analytics
17. Plan and Communicate Ideas and Writing Skills with a Keen Eye for Detail
18. Multifaceted – Working on Multiple Projects/ Campaigns at any one time.
19. Experience with External Agencies and working closely in small teams
